Elemental Staffs
Four buildable staffs of Fire, Ice, Lightning, and Wind on Origins.
Field history
Four elemental staffs recovered and assembled on Origins, each upgradeable through its own multi-step ritual.
Overview
The Elemental Staffs are Origins — the map’s economy, its quest, and its myth in four pieces. Wind blasts like a Thundergun, Ice freezes and shatters, Fire throws molten triplets, Lightning chains bolt to bolt, and every one is buildable free: three staff parts, an elemental gem from the Crazy Place, and the gramophone that opens the way down.
Earning them
The parts are scattered with intent: Wind lives inside the heads of the three giant robots — you are stepped on to collect it — Lightning is reached only by leaping from the moving tank, Ice digs up only while snow falls, and Fire waits on a downed plane, a generator reward, and the round-eight Panzersoldat. Assembly happens on pedestals at the bottom of the Excavation Site, and a lost staff politely returns there.
The upgraded forms
Each staff upgrades through its own Crazy Place riddle into a god-named final form — Boreas’ Fury, Ull’s Arrow, Kagutsuchi’s Blood, Kimat’s Bite — gaining charged shots, a one-hit spiked melee, and Sekhmet’s Vigor: flip the staff and it fires revives at downed teammates. The main quest, Little Lost Girl, begins by demanding all four at full power; the achievement for wielding them is called Master Wizard, and for once the mode is not joking.
