Stamin-Up makes you faster: quicker movement and a longer sprint for 2,000 points. It debuted on Ascension alongside PhD Flopper — both brewed, in the fiction, by the Ascension Group from Group 935’s medicinal research — and it has been the training player’s perk ever since.

Its value is proportional to how much running your strategy involves. On compact maps it is a luxury; on sprawling ones — the bus route of Green Run, the island of Terminus — it is the difference between kiting a horde comfortably and getting clipped on every lap. High-round training loops lean on it more than on any damage perk.

It has appeared in nearly every title since Black Ops, machine locations faithfully recorded map by map — the Control Center on Terminus, the Hotel Lounge on Mauer der Toten, Mission Control on Firebase Z — and its price has barely moved in fifteen years.
