Maya Aguinaldo is the outsider who breaks the story open: a Filipina smuggler running the family trade and a Subic Bay dive bar until her brother Nathan asked the French Syndicate one question too many and vanished into Project Janus’s test cells. Chantelle Barry voices her; the vendetta is the engine of Black Ops 6’s opening act.

Terminus

Allied with a scarred, vengeful Peck, she breaches the Terminus blacksite in February 1991 and frees the imprisoned Requiem leads — then finds Nathan already transformed into an Amalgam, and takes the responsibility of ending him herself. The revenge tour continues in Avalon, where she personally executes Franco, the fixer who sold Nathan out.

The vote

The ex-smuggler becomes the crew’s conscience by Reckoning, siding with Carver in favor of S.A.M.’s chance at life, and encouraging Grey’s hardest choice at Janus Towers. The Dark Aether swallows her with the rest; she remains the only member of the four who never owed Requiem anything.
