This policy explains what data CODZombie collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible and to give you clear choices.

Progress data

Guest progress (completed Easter eggs, saved maps, tool preferences) is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device unless you create an account and choose to sync. You can clear it at any time from your browser storage.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which content is useful. Non-essential analytics and advertising do not load until you grant consent. Search queries are recorded anonymously to help us prioritize missing content; we do not attach them to your identity.

Advertising

We display advertising (Google AdSense) to fund the site. With Consent Mode, personalized advertising is disabled by default and only enabled after you consent. You can change your choice at any time.

Cookies & consent

Essential cookies keep the site working. Advertising and analytics cookies are only set after consent. Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws you can accept or decline non-essential processing and request access to or deletion of any personal data.

Accounts

Optional accounts (via our authentication provider) store a display name and the progress you choose to sync. You can delete your account and associated data on request.
