Shi No Numa

Vanguard’s Shi No Numa is a homecoming twice over: the first fully round-based map of its game, and a rebuild of the 1945 swamp where the mode found its cast. The four huts, the Flogger, the zipline and the electro-shock defences all return at classic prices — plus one addition the original never had: a Die Wahrheit Dig Site, where the Pack-a-Punch machine now stands.

Wonder weapon

The Wunderwaffe DG-2 comes home too — buildable through a map quest or pulled from the box after round ten, alongside the Ray Gun and the Cymbal Monkey. The Demonic Fountains and Altar of Covenants carry Vanguard’s systems into the marsh, the Altar refreshing each round now that rounds exist again.

The main quest: “Heads Up!”

Vanguard Zombies’ first named quest restores Saraxis’s stolen memories through an ancient monolith and the two-piece Relic Mirror, ending in the Echo of Saraxis boss fight — three masks for weak points, the Wunderwaffe charging the phases. The revelation lands the arc’s cruellest note: Saraxis was Kortifex’s bride, masked and mind-wiped by him — and his true target is a living entity called the Construct.

Secrets

The Comm Room telephone still plays "The One", a Samantha doll adds "Samantha’s Sorrow", and the 115 meteor sits out in the swamp where it always was.
