Immunity to self explosive/fall damage; dive-to-prone explosion.
Perk-a-Cola

PhD Flopper
Removes self-damage from explosions and falls. Diving to prone from a height creates a damaging explosion.
First served: Call of Duty: Black Ops
Overview
PhD Flopper is the perk that turned falling over into a weapon. Dive to prone from any height and you detonate an explosion where you land; splash damage from your own weapons and fall damage stop hurting you entirely. It debuted on Ascension for 2,000 points and immediately built a play style around itself.
The immunity half is the quiet workhorse: Ray Gun users hug their own splash, grenade launchers stop being a liability in corridors, and PhD pairs naturally with every explosive wonder weapon the box can offer. The dive explosion itself clears crowds reliably through the early twenties of rounds — a genuine panic button on any raised ledge.
Its history is a story of absences. It teases players from an unreachable corridor on Die Rise, and the Black Ops III remasters replaced it with Widow’s Wine because that game removed the dolphin dive it depends on. Later titles resurrected the idea in slide-based forms, but the original dive-bomb remains a Black Ops-era signature.
