Maxis Potential

Firebase Z’s main quest is a rescue mission: Samantha Maxis is trapped in the Dark Aether behind Outpost 25’s gateway, and Requiem — with the disaffected Omega captain Ravenov inside the wire — goes in after her. Truth serum for Dr. Peck, Mimic-captured memories, excavated Aetherium crystals and a realigned satellite lead to the extraction, and an Orda boss fight in the Village closes it out. "Maxis Potential" is a Dark Ops challenge with a calling-card reward — there is no achievement attached — and the whole quest is soloable.

  • • The RAI K-84 — its underbarrel is required for a later step

Walkthrough

Step by step

  1. 01

    Dose Peck

    Get Ravenov’s ID badge, collect the three compounds, mix the truth serum at the Field Hospital — surviving the Hellhound ambush — and feed it into the air conditioner at Peck’s quarters.

  2. 02

    Steal Omega’s memories

    Unlock the Memory Transference Station, then capture near-death quest Mimics with Essence Traps and bring them back within the timer until the machine dispenses a floppy disk.

  3. 03

    Open the OPC

    Feed the disk to the Quantum Mainframe in the Planning Offices, then collect the Aethermeter from Ravenov’s locker to stabilise the breach.

  4. 04

    Dig for crystals

    Take the shovel from the Scorched Defense bunker and recover three buried Aether Containers — one choice puzzle, one dome lockdown, and one runaway container pinned with the RAI K-84’s trap orb — then slot the crystals into the three reactors.

  5. 05

    Find the satellite

    Realign the dish from the Planning Offices computer to locate the Requiem satellite, then enter the OPC for the extraction.

    Warning: This is the point of no return — resupply before starting the cinematic.

  6. 06

    The Orda

    Samantha comes through — changed — and the fight moves to the Village for the Orda boss battle. Kill it and exfil on Raptor-1.
