Main Quest · The Darkest Shore
Making History
Heligoland asks for two things at once: the Pommel of Barbarossa, earned through the island’s grisly Nerthus ritual (its own trophy, "Black Winds to Darker Lands"), and the escape — ten Stukas shot down by flak, three warships sunk by shore battery, and a Meistermeuchler gauntlet fought under falling RAF bombs as "Making History" closes the map. The crew leaves as stowaways aboard Straub’s own zeppelin. Soloable, but tuned for a squad.

Walkthrough
Step by step
- 01
The Corpse Gate
Saw down the hanging corpse’s head with the Ripsaw, set it on the U-boat pens’ gate, charge it with kills, shut the three flame valves through Straub’s lockdown, and kill the Brenner behind the door.
- 02
The Nerthus ritual
Recover the monk’s head, wake the three Sons of Nerthus, and feed the sacrificial room spines from a Wüstling, a Meuchler and a Pest — the statue surrenders the Pommel.
- 03
Call the airstrike
Shoot down the Stukas with flak, escort a Bomber to free the jammed battery, and assemble the radio.
- 04
Sink the fleet
Destroy the three German warships with the coastal guns.
- 05
The Meistermeuchlers
Fight the buffed assassins across the island using the Pommel’s energy bubble as the RAF arrives overhead.
- 06
Stowaways
Board Straub’s departing zeppelin as Heligoland burns behind you.
