Overview
The Abomination is the Dark Aether’s answer to the Margwa: a three-headed, dog-bodied mass of corrupted flesh that debuted with Forsaken in Black Ops Cold War’s final season — first met the moment players step into the Amplifier — and was seeded into Outbreak in the same update. Black Ops 6 brought it back as a recurring elite, most memorably in Terminus’s open water.
It fights in three modes: a bite for the close mistake, a charging rush that flattens whatever line it crosses, and its signature — a sweeping Aetherium beam fired from all three heads at once. The heads are also the ledger: each one only takes damage while its mouth is open, and a well-timed explosive thrown into an open mouth can delete a head on the spot. Forsaken’s quest even puts the beast to work, using its beam and its appetite to transmute crystal quest parts.
Behavior
A three-headed charging beast that bites, rushes, and sweeps a tri-headed Aetherium beam; the heads are the weak points when their mouths open.
