Perk-a-Cola

Mule Kick
Allows carrying a third primary weapon instead of the usual two. Losing the perk drops the third weapon.
First served: Call of Duty: Black Ops
Overview
Mule Kick carries a third weapon for you — the most expensive classic perk at 4,000 points, and the one with the cruellest fine print: go down, and the third weapon is gone, not just holstered.
It was the last perk of the original era, debuting on Moon in 2011 and then patched retroactively into every earlier Black Ops map — which is why guides for Ascension or Call of the Dead have to note that it was not there at release. Its Cold War return came with Mauer der Toten, whose Ghost Station machine famously shoots real bullets at nearby zombies while you drink.
The buy case is situational: a third slot is wasted on players who live off one wall weapon, and transformative for wonder-weapon carriers who want a utility piece, a crowd-clearer and a boss gun at once. On maps whose quests demand specific equipment, it is often quietly mandatory.
