Solo: automatically revive with a pistol after going down (limited uses). Co-op: revive teammates faster.
Perk-a-Cola

Quick Revive
In co-op, speeds up reviving downed teammates. In solo, it instead grants a limited number of automatic self-revives.
First served: Call of Duty: World at War
Overview
Quick Revive is two different perks depending on how many of you there are. In co-op it speeds up picking teammates off the floor — useful, unglamorous, frequently skipped. Solo, it is the most important purchase in the game: an automatic self-revive that puts you back on your feet with a pistol after a down, for a fraction of the co-op price.
The solo self-revive did not always exist. In World at War there was no solo insurance at all — a down was the end. Black Ops introduced the 500-point solo version with its limited stock of uses, and the machine has anchored the solo game ever since; on several classic maps it sits in or near the spawn room precisely so a first-round player can reach it. The modern titles reworked it again: in Black Ops Cold War it also speeds your own health regeneration, folding a survival benefit into the co-op version.
Buying it early solo is close to mandatory. Its low price is the tell — the designers want you to have it, because the alternative is a run that ends on your first mistake rather than your third.
