Skull of Nan Sapwe
The Skull of Nan Sapwe is Zetsubou’s specialist weapon and the key that unlocks half the map’s secrets. Its vaporize beam deletes hordes; its mesmerize calms everything in view and reveals hidden objects the main quest and the Masamune upgrade both depend on.

Step by step
- 01
Match each bloody skull to its pedestal
Carry the four skulls from the Trials altar, one at a time, to the cleansing pedestal bearing the same symbol — by spawn’s central rock, at the propeller trap, in the bunker by the power switch, and downstairs by the KT-4 tables.
The symbol-to-pedestal pairing reshuffles every game.

Hold the cleansing defences
Green-glowing zombies attack the pedestal while spiders and Thrashers come for you; keep the pedestal alive until the wave ends and carry the cleansed skull back.
Tip: Nothing spawned here pays points or advances the round — starting a cleansing on a saved zombie keeps the map quiet.

Open the altar stair
With all four skulls cleansed and returned, take the new staircase that opens where the fallen tree stood.
- 04
Charge the Skull against the Keepers
Lifting the Skull locks the chamber and summons Keepers — around twenty solo. Kill them to charge it, and the room opens with the weapon yours.
